  • 1.黄油隔水软化
  • 2.将白糖分2次倒入搅打均匀,椰蓉倒入搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入一个鸡蛋继续搅打均匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,翻拌均匀成面团
  • 5.将面团整形成4-5厘米长方型,包入保鲜膜中放入冰箱冷冻1小时
  • 6.取出后切成0.8厘米的厚片,放入烤盘
  • 7.烤箱预热180度,上下火中层,放入烤盘后温度设置165度17分钟
  • 8.取出,或者在烤箱中再焖5分钟出来,凉透后非常酥松
