新疆炒面片

  • 柿子椒100g
  • 芹菜100g
  • 1/4小匙

Steps to make 新疆炒面片

  • 1.面粉和盐混合后,加入水,揉成稍软点儿的面团;然后搓成大概两根手指粗度的长条,表面抹上油,盖上保鲜膜饧20分钟。
  • 2.青、红柿子椒,去蒂,切成块;洋葱洗净,切成块;芹菜洗净,切成段。
  • 3.羊肉洗净,切成片。
  • 4.起锅做水,开锅后将面压扁,抻长,右手大拇指和食指掐住面揪成一个个的小面片放入锅中(一定要快,否则先下的面片会煮的过软,失去了口感)。
  • 5.面片煮熟后,过凉水放入碗中,倒入少量的植物油,拌匀备用。
  • 6.炒锅中倒入油,加热后放入羊肉,炒至变色倒入生抽。
  • 7.然后倒入洋葱、青、红柿子椒、芹菜,稍炒一会儿。
  • 8.倒入番茄酱炒匀后,放入之前做好的面片,翻炒均匀后,即可盛盘。
