香菇牛肉辣椒酱

Steps to make 香菇牛肉辣椒酱

  • 1.主料,花生清水泡十分钟很好去皮。
  • 2.所有材料切碎备用,姜片葱段辣椒干是放油里煸炒出香味再捞出的。
  • 3.香菇碎不用放油,煸炒出水分铲出。
  • 4.花生米炸至变色捞出。
  • 5.用炸花生底油放葱姜干辣椒煸炒捞出,放牛肉粒,牛肉粒也不放油去下水气。
  • 6.放蒜蓉姜末炒一会,加入一包香其酱,冰糖3、4粒,生抽蚝油五香粉,豆豉辣椒粉,依次放入。
  • 7.调聊全部放入,翻炒熬煮5分钟。
  • 8.最后放入花生米芝麻,继续翻炒5分钟,熬去水分。
  • 9.差不多了,油开始清亮。
  • 10.放凉装罐,常温放一周没问题,也可以放冰箱冷藏一个月。
