经典美味【法式海绵蛋糕】
超级爱做这款蛋糕的原因,除了蛋糕本身厚重、醇朴的香味外,做法、配料都让人省心哈,几个步骤就可以搞定!若是当早餐,我一般都是现吃现烤,配上一杯咖啡,感觉棒极了!

  • 1.这次用的是土鸡蛋做的,颜色分外的黄
  • 2.香喷喷、黄灿灿的海绵蛋糕
  • 3.原料图
  • 4.黄油入微波炉叮2分钟备用;低粉过筛2遍备用
  • 5.全蛋置于干净大盆中,一次性倒入白砂糖
  • 6.先低速打出鱼眼泡
  • 7.再高速打发,打至提起打蛋器,蛋液呈一条直线滴落时,调低速打发1~2分钟,整理蛋液里的大气泡,最后,如图片状态即可(6分发)
  • 8.加入融化好的黄油
  • 9.用打蛋器打匀黄油,烤箱预热170度,中下层
  • 10.筛入低粉(分三次筛入,以免结块)
  • 11.翻拌均匀(上下翻拌,避免消泡)
  • 12.倒入模具,抹平表面、端起在灶台上轻磕几下,震出气泡
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱,中下层/170度/35~40分钟 (喜欢颜色深可多烤几分钟)
  • 14.快烤好啰,满屋皆是蛋糕的香味
  • 15.从烤箱取出蛋糕时,在桌面上重摔两下,震出里面的热气,晾凉,脱模切块即可
