泰式鱼丸咖喱
用椰浆和西红柿调制的泰式风味咖喱,酱汁非常浓稠,放入西蓝花吸满酱汁,就连不喜欢西蓝花的老公也觉得不错。

    Steps to make 泰式鱼丸咖喱

    • 1.准备食材,所有食材都切成大小差不太多的块状,选择鱼丸的时候,只要不是特别大的都可以。
    • 2.热锅,倒油,油可以稍微多点,放入洋葱用中小火炒出香味。
    • 3.放入西红柿,翻炒至出汁。
    • 4.西红柿炒出红油之后加开水。由于后面还要放椰浆,所以这里的水要比正常量少一点。
    • 5.放入所有配菜,西蓝花不要放!开大火烧开。
    • 6.放入咖喱块,补一张咖喱的图,包装盒背面有详细的比例。此时转小火搅拌,让咖喱块完全溶解。
    • 7.倒入椰浆,我加了一整瓶,椰香非常浓郁。如果第一次做不确定自己口味的话半瓶就可以了。
    • 8.盖上锅盖,转中小火炖20分钟,由于椰浆比较浓稠,所以中途多翻动搅拌几次。
    • 9.咖喱快煮好的时候,另烧一锅开水把西蓝花汆烫10秒钟。捞出、抖两下控水,放入咖喱里面。
    • 10.西蓝花下入咖喱翻炒10秒即可关火,出锅。
