  • 1.备好材料。
  • 2.把巧克力倒进沸水里,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.倒进面粉。
  • 4.搅拌均匀,放凉。
  • 5.倒进桶里。
  • 6.倒入高筋粉210g,酵母4g,白糖40g,盐3g。
  • 7.搅拌20分钟后倒入黄油。
  • 8.直到出膜。
  • 9.基础发酵。
  • 10.发到2倍大。
  • 11.分割3个,醒15分钟。
  • 12.擀长。
  • 13.翻面对折,卷起来。
  • 14.并排放在土司盒里。
  • 15.最后发到8分满,180°烤30分钟,190°烤10分钟。
