很Q很有爱——糖渍草莓山药泥
记得很久以前,和同事闲聊,她说山药炖排骨特好吃,我当时心里就想:没吃过,真那么好吃吗?下班我就去买了,吃货就是这样,绝对不放过任何美食。回家换了衣服就开始准备,也没查查到底有什么禁忌没有,傻乎乎的以为就像土豆一样,去皮不就得了,也没戴胶皮手套,这我可栽了,胳膊和手痒的啊,这一晚上快成孙悟空了,打那以后没吃过山药。昨天想想还是再做一次吧,做成甜品肯定好吃!这回我可有记性了,戴上胶皮手套,胳膊丝毫无损O(∩_∩)O哈哈!
    如果妈妈想做给宝宝吃,可以换上任何宝宝喜欢的水果口味,也可以把模具换成小动物的哈。

Steps to make 很Q很有爱——糖渍草莓山药泥

  • 1.材料图(这个糖渍草莓是以前做好的,也可以直接用草莓罐头代替)
  • 2.山药从中间劈开,入蒸锅蒸熟
  • 3.山药蒸熟后放入碗中晾凉
  • 4.用山药填满模具,脱模即可(尽量装得实一点,便于脱模)
  • 5.将剩余山药装入裱花袋,在每个山药上面沿着模具形状挤出花纹
  • 6.奶锅中加入糖渍草莓汁(加水也可以,草莓汁颜色更漂亮一些),放入QQ糖,小火用勺轻轻搅动直到QQ糖全部融化,稍微凉一些时,倒到山药上面,放入冰箱,待汁凝固之后即可享用
