非常爽脆开胃的腌菜,饭前开胃菜或配粥都可以。

  • 生抽2汤勺
  • 米醋2汤勺
  • 白糖40g
  • 1茶匙
  • 500ml
  • 八角2粒
  • 小干辣椒2个

Steps to make 腌洋姜

  • 1.洋姜刷洗干净。
  • 2.切薄片。
  • 3.放入1茶匙盐拌匀,腌1个小时。
  • 4.把腌出的水倒掉。
  • 5.用纯净水(额外的水)冲洗一遍,挤干水份。
  • 6.洋姜用盐腌的时间,做腌汁:砂锅放入500ml水,放入2汤勺生抽。
  • 7.2汤勺米醋。
  • 8.40克糖,2粒八角,2个干辣椒。(我家不能吃辣,喜欢辣的可以放多点辣椒。)
  • 9.煮开后离火放凉。
  • 10.把放凉的腌汁倒入洋姜里。(容器要用玻璃或瓷的。)
  • 11.腌一个晚上就可以吃了。
  • 12.非常爽脆,开胃。
