元宵节吃元宵是我们中华民族的传统习俗,我和儿子都喜欢吃元宵,往年元宵节我都会买好几种馅料的元宵,放冰箱里随吃随煮,今年就不同了,看着大家都在做元宵,我也忍不住尝试了一把,还真不错呢!糯米粉里加入了红薯,不仅颜色漂亮,味道也没说的,一个字:香!

Steps to make 红薯汤圆

  • 1.红薯洗净,放蒸锅蒸熟
  • 2.红薯搅成泥加入糯米粉拌匀
  • 3.和成软硬适中的面团
  • 4.备好元宵馅料
  • 5.把面团分成一个个小圆球
  • 6.取一个小圆球按扁,放上馅料包好,搓成圆球
  • 7.其他的依次包上馅料,搓成小圆球,元宵就做好了。
  • 8.做好的元宵放开水锅煮至元宵全都浮上来就好了。
  • 9.盛入小碗,开吃吧!
