豆腐是由“黄豆”制作而成,黄豆含有丰富的蛋白质、卵磷脂、氨基酸等等.......
而且大豆脂肪可以阻止胆固醇的吸收,可以说营养是相当的好。
唯一的缺点就是不容易被人体吸收,所以我们聪明的祖先把它制作成了“豆腐”。

  • 1.制作前先把调味料准备好,加半碗水搅搅,方便一会使用
  • 2.豆腐切成长条形,不要太厚或太薄
  • 3.煎下四面,食用口感比较好
  • 4.豆腐推一边洒点葱白小爆下
  • 5.倒入酱汁稍煮至收汁
  • 6.洒点葱花即可
