香菇牛蒡炒青瓜
之前煲牛蒡汤,余下一节嫩的,就想着炒炒吃好,结果量不大,于是加了青瓜和香菇一起,哈哈!不错啊,营养很是均衡,味道也不错,快手小炒!

    • 1.牛蒡去皮切薄片,青瓜切厚片;
    • 2.香菇洗净去蒂,对半切开;

    • 5.倒入牛蒡和青瓜一起炒匀;期间可以加一点水以免糊锅;
