临沂豆腐箱
这道菜是老妈经常做的一道菜,简单美味。豆腐是大多数人喜欢的,不但口感细腻,经常吃还可补钙可是补钙佳品哦,做法也是多种多样,老妈的这种做法绝对有着地域的差别,但是味道绝对鲜美。

    Steps to make 临沂豆腐箱

    • 1.肉馅加入葱姜末,酱油,盐拌匀,再加入切碎的茴香,加入花生油拌匀。
    • 2.豆腐备用,我用的是南豆腐。
    • 3.把砂锅洗净。
    • 4.豆腐切成方块。
    • 5.拿刀把中间切口。
    • 6.去掉中间部分。
    • 7.塞上肉馅。
    • 8.砂锅里放入油,放入豆腐箱子小火煎约3分钟。
    • 9.加入水。
    • 10.再加入大蒜和葱。
    • 11.加上生抽,盐盖上盖子小火慢炖约10分钟。
    • 12.水分不多时,加入水淀粉勾芡。
    • 13.直接上桌就可以喽。
    • 14.鲜香美味。
