撑腰糕
虽然时代变迁了,大家的生活水平也好了,但是这个二月二“龙剃头”,吃撑腰糕的习俗还是保留了下来!所谓吃撑腰糕,其实就是用糯米粉制作成扁状、椭圆形的塌饼,其中间稍凹,如同人腰。以前,农民一年到头在田地里劳作,认为吃了这种糕,才能在黄梅季节中干农活时腰杆不酸痛,所以叫撑腰糕。古有诗云:“片切年糕作短条,碧油煎出嫩黄娇。年年撑得风难摆,怪道吴娘少细腰。”

Steps to make 撑腰糕

  • 1.水磨糯米粉110克、粘米粉40克混合
  • 2.用开水搅拌成雪花状
  • 3.和成粉团
  • 4.分成4等份
  • 5.搓成椭圆行压扁后,用2个手指压出凹形
  • 6.这是做好的
  • 7.我用的黑糖桂花,没有就用红糖,放入碗里加入少许开水
  • 8.放入微波炉里叮1-2分钟,等糖全部融化即可
  • 9.锅中加入适量油加热后,放入做好的撑腰糕
  • 10.煎至表面泛黄后,翻面再煎
  • 11.倒出多余的油后倒入黑糖水
  • 12.煮至糖水浓稠后可以再淋点糖桂花即可
