芝麻桃酥
距离上一次用月饼模具做中式饼干,大概3年了吧,这次收到如意坊的月饼模具,想到的就是做一个桃酥饼干,家里的黑芝麻挺多,那就来一个芝麻桃酥吧

  • 玉米油100克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白砂糖80克
  • 小苏打2克
  • 黑芝麻25克
  • 白芝麻25克

Steps to make 芝麻桃酥

  • 1.准备好材料和份量,月饼模具。
  • 2.取干净的盆子,放入玉米油和白砂糖混合融化。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋混合均匀。
  • 4.加入小苏打混合均匀。
  • 5.加入280克低筋面粉。
  • 6.加入白芝麻和黑芝麻。
  • 7.用刮刀把面团翻拌到没有干粉。
  • 8.桃酥面团按照每个23克,平均分成25个。
  • 9.用月饼模具把芝麻桃酥面团压出花纹。
  • 10.芝麻桃酥饼干放入预热好的烤箱中下层,上下火170度烤20分钟。
  • 11.芝麻桃酥饼干烤熟后取出放凉。
