  • 酵母粉2g
  • 姜末1g

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.五花肉切成小颗粒
  • 3.用盐,生抽,料酒,胡椒粉,姜末腌制20分钟
  • 4.面粉200克,先把100克面粉用开水烫拌均匀
  • 5.用开水烫起搅拌好
  • 6.加入剩余的100克面粉及酵母粉
  • 7.加入冷水合成光滑的面团饧发10分钟
  • 8.泡软的梅菜挤干水分切碎
  • 9.切好的梅菜倒入肉里加点香油拌匀就可以啦
  • 10.面团揉光
  • 11.分成小份擀成中间后四周薄的面片,包上适量的梅菜肉馅
  • 12.收口捏紧
  • 13.收口朝下摆放,一共做了8个
  • 14.刷一层稀释的麦芽糖水
  • 15.放入预热好的烤箱里200度30分钟
