    Steps to make 茄汁虾仁

    • 1.准备材料。
    • 2.把鲜虾剥壳去头,取出虾肉,挑出虾线,清洗干净。
    • 3.撒少许盐和淀粉,湿淀粉后用手抓匀,挂上一层薄糊备用。
    • 4.姜切成姜米,马蹄改三块。
    • 5.凉锅热油,七成热时,将虾仁炸一下,注意虾仁不要炸得太久,外表稍有绷皮发硬即可。
    • 6.将马蹄也略炸下。
    • 7.锅中留底油,放入姜米,跟着下入番茄酱,加入糖,盐,白醋,勾少许水淀粉。
    • 8.放入虾仁和马蹄,翻炒均匀即可。
    • 9.酸爽可口。
