Steps to make 茄汁鲅鱼

  • 1.材料:鲅鱼、番茄调味:酱油2勺、番茄沙司1小碗、黄酒、葱姜蒜片、盐、白糖各适量
  • 2.将鲅鱼洗净,清除内脏,用黄酒腌制10分钟。
  • 3.鲅鱼控干水分下入油锅煎至两面金黄盛出备用。
  • 4.将番茄洗净切小块、葱姜蒜切片备用。
  • 5.锅置火上,放入葱姜蒜片爆香,再倒入番茄块、2勺酱油翻炒。
  • 6.放入煎好的鲅鱼倒入适量清水。(水没过鱼身即可)
  • 7.加入番茄酱、盐小火焖至1.5小时。
  • 8.最后转大火收汁即可(鱼做好,用鱼汤泡一夜更入味)
