 即使吃羊肉,也尽可能不红烧,吃的尽可能清淡些。天冷的时候,炖菜吃着热乎,羊肉炖萝卜比较经典,只是米家最近吃饭更加清淡了,所以这个炖汤其实就是清炖。可以单独喝,可以配烙馒吃,也可以做面条的汤水,倒也万能。

  • 7.通电选择肉类健。
  • 8.开锅后调入盐,生抽,现磨胡椒粉即可。吃时可以加些葱碎香菜碎等调整味道。
