Steps to make 【兔子爱厨房】广式肠粉

  • 1.新鲜虾剥掉外壳、牛肉切小片,然后进行腌渍。
  • 2.虾仁和牛肉腌渍的方法相同:料酒、生抽、淀粉各少许,加两片姜片、一小勺食用油,拌匀静置。
  • 3.调肠粉米浆:我用的粉和水的比例是1:2.5,搅拌好备用。
  • 4.烧开水,选一个很薄的烤盘,刷上油,倒入肠粉米浆和蛋液。
  • 5.将烤盘放入烧开水的蒸锅中隔水蒸,肠粉浆10秒钟便凝固,然后放入虾仁、牛肉,盖上锅盖,蒸熟,然后用刮刀或者铲子把蒸好肠粉卷起来,搞定哈!
  • 6.加入生抽蚝油调好的酱汁和撒上点葱花^_^
