从微信上看到这方子,用中式糕点最常用的糯米粉代替低筋粉做蛋糕,很想知道啥口感,决定试一试,刚出炉还没凉透忍不住吃了一个,嗯,好香好香,糯糯的还有点Q 韧劲,吃出了糯米炸糕的味道~

  • 白砂糖70克
  • 牛奶40ml
  • 玉米油40ml
  • 泡打粉2克
  • 1克

Steps to make 糯米蛋糕

  • 1.牛奶中分3次加入玉米油搅匀稍稍加热
  • 2.全蛋中加入白砂糖和几滴醋
  • 3.用打蛋器将全蛋打至膨胀发白纹路不消失
  • 4.把称量好的糯米粉筛入蛋糊中切拌均匀,动作要轻柔,否则消泡影响成品
  • 5.取1/4面糊加入第一步的牛奶液中混合均匀再倒入大盆面糊中搅拌均匀,同样手法要轻柔以免消泡
  • 6.将混合好的面糊用小勺或直接缓缓倒入模具中
  • 7.烤箱预热后,放在中层160度烘烤25分钟(大家按照自己家里烤箱的脾气设定)
