Steps to make 凉拌猪耳朵

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.备好所有配料。
  • 3.清洗干净后焯水。
  • 4.焯水后要再次清洗,刮干净。
  • 5.锅里加进适量水,酱油,盐,米酒,白糖,一勺子老抽和所有配料开始烧开。
  • 6.锅烧开后把清洗干净的猪耳朵放锅里继续煮。
  • 7.煮至可以用筷子插进就可以了,然后继续放锅里浸半天。
  • 8.捞起其中一个猪耳朵和备适量青椒。
  • 9.青椒焯水。
  • 10.把猪耳朵和青椒切好放碗里。
  • 11.加进蒜末,香醋,淋上辣椒油拌匀。
