    • 6.另起油锅先放八角,花椒,香叶
    • 7.放入姜片,葱段
    • 8.放五花肉翻炒
    • 9.五花肉变色后,倒入糖色炒匀
    • 10.加足量开水,大火烧开
    • 11.转入砂锅中
    • 12.加盖中小火炖1小时左右
    • 13.1小时后加盐,糖调味
    • 14.再炖40分钟
    • 15.最后转入炒锅中大火收汁
