花式面包
同学来哈旅游,白天陪她出游,晚上她休息,我烘焙,为第二天早餐烤制了一款花式面包,满屋飘香,让正在休息的同学也是垂涎欲滴了!

  • 酵母4g

Steps to make 花式面包

  • 1.将牛奶、蛋液、白糖、盐倒入面包桶,然后加入全麦面粉,启动一个和面程序,干净湿布盖在面包桶上,再盖好面包机盖子,静止2小时。加入黄油和酵母,再启动一个和面程序,选择发酵50分钟。
  • 2.把面团分割成大小均匀的12个面团,然后盖上湿布静置松弛15分钟,擀成薄饼,卷上葡萄干。
  • 3.两个卷拧在一起,做成花式面包。
  • 4.入烤箱二发
  • 5.选用烤箱自动匹配的时间和温度。
  • 6.取出刷上蛋液
  • 7.入烤箱,依然选择烤箱自动匹配的时间和温度,160度上下火20分钟。
  • 8.OK!香喷喷的面包出炉,看着是不是很有食欲呢!
