Steps to make 茶香牛腩

  • 1.牛腩洗净,切成块。
  • 2.取一大碗,放入切好的牛腩,加入桂皮、八角、五香粉、普洱茶、酱油、白砂糖。
  • 3.倒入冷水,水要没过牛肉 腌制7-8小时。
  • 4.将牛腩连腌制汤汁和调料一同倒入砂锅中。
  • 5.大火烧沸,撇去浮沫,改用小火炖2小时。
  • 6.关火,揭盖食用。
  • 7.此菜特点:牛腩润而不烂、茶香浓郁。
