花生核桃酥
用了花生核桃露过滤出来的渣,没想到非常美味。

  • 1.花生核桃露过滤出的渣一碗,倒入不粘锅开小火收干水分。
  • 2.保持小火,直到水汽收干即可。
  • 3.黄油切小块软化。
  • 4.加入糖。
  • 5.加入低粉。
  • 6.加入小苏打。
  • 7.加入泡打粉。
  • 8.加入盐。
  • 9.揉搓混合均匀后加入一个鸡蛋,继续揉成面团。
  • 10.加入炒好的花生核桃渣,混合均匀,揉成面团。
  • 11.静止半小时左右。
  • 12.用手随意做出造型,烤箱预热170℃,烤25分钟左右,表面上色,即可。
  • 13.凉透后,密封保存,非常脆非常香。
