山药红枣玛芬

  • 酸奶100g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 糖粉60g
  • 葡萄籽油100g
  • 低筋粉200g
  • 泡打粉2小勺
  • 小苏打1/4小勺

Steps to make 山药红枣玛芬

  • 1.山药先蒸熟
  • 2.取需要的量去皮切段,加入130g的牛奶搅拌成糊备用
  • 3.我用的新疆枣干,枣干清水快速洗一下,然后用200克牛奶浸泡
  • 4.把枣干泡软。也可以直接用红枣去核,那样的话枣的量要增加。浸泡了大约一个小时,枣干把牛奶全部吸收了,泡软的枣干备用。
  • 5.在低筋粉中加入泡打粉和小苏打,搅拌均匀后再过筛两遍,保证混合均匀。
  • 6.把搅拌好的山药牛奶糊倒入盆中,加入葡萄籽油
  • 7.搅拌均匀,加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀后加入酸奶,
  • 8.充分搅拌均匀
  • 9.筛入过筛的后的粉类,用切拌的手法拌均匀,
  • 10.最后把泡软的枣干倒入
  • 11.翻拌均匀。
  • 12.倒入纸杯中。装七分满即可。我用的直径70mm,高度60mm的纸杯,做了12杯
  • 13.烤箱上下火180度,放下面第二层,烤30分钟。
  • 14.烤好的玛芬
  • 15.晾凉后切开,可以看到好多的红枣。山药打成糊了,是看不到了。总之是一款比较健康的玛芬蛋糕
