【端午·粽子篇】北方粽子----油饼卷糕
民以食为天,尤其是中国有着优美的吃食文化的国度,每逢过节都会讲究吃喝的,大节大吃小节小吃,传统的端午节吃那是少不了的,因为没有水所以就没有水的特色,只有厚实深重的吃食特色,南方人水灵灵的所以做出的吃食好有水灵的特点,北方人纯朴深厚,做出的吃食自然带有浓浓的乡土风味,端午节的我们主要吃油饼卷糕。用油饼代替粽叶,吃起来也是别有一番风味的。

  • 红枣50-60枚
  • 葡萄干一把
  • 蕨麻一把
  • 莲子20粒

Steps to make 【端午·粽子篇】北方粽子----油饼卷糕

  • 1.提前一晚上泡好糯米、红枣、莲子、蕨麻、葡萄干。
  • 2.糯米、蕨麻、莲子放少许水,上锅蒸15分钟。
  • 3.锅底放1/5大米,和步骤2中东西拌匀。
  • 4.米饭上撒一层红糖。
  • 5.加入红枣、葡萄干拌匀。
  • 6.加水没过米饭,喜欢吃甜的可以在上面撒点白糖。上锅蒸1小时左右(也可用电饭锅焖)。
  • 7.面粉过筛,加入开水用筷子搅拌成小块的面团。
  • 8.面放凉后,揉成光滑面团,醒发15分钟。
  • 9.面团分成小剂子,擀成3mm厚的面饼。
  • 10.放入油锅炸至变色就可捞出。
  • 11.炸好的油饼一半铺上香糯的米糕。
  • 12.饼子对折,将米糕包在饼中,就可以开吃啦。
