Steps to make 自制咸鸭蛋

  • 1.新鲜的鸭蛋若干个。
  • 2.先用清水把鸭蛋浸泡一会儿,然后洗掉表面的泥污,控净水份备用。
  • 3.纯净水内加入盐,煮开后再晾凉。
  • 4.水凉透后加入50g白酒搅匀。
  • 5.把鸭蛋逐个放入桶中。
  • 6.盐酒水倒入桶中。
  • 7.盐酒水要多加一些,要没过鸭蛋。
  • 8.为了避免鸭蛋漂浮,在桶的上面压上几根方便筷子。
  • 9.在桶口加上一层保鲜膜。
  • 10.最后把桶盖拧紧
  • 11.放置在阴凉避光处,30--40天即可;取出(生熟保存都可);吃时煮熟即可。
  • 12.腌制好的鸭蛋。
