Steps to make 虾肉生煎包

  • 1.中粉放入盆里加入用温水化开的酵母和清水和成光滑面团
  • 2.放在室温下发酵30分钟左右
  • 3.面团压扁排气,搓长条切成小剂子松弛15分钟
  • 4.青虾虾仁剁成虾泥
  • 5.加入料酒、姜汁、胡椒粉、盐拌匀
  • 6.猪肉泥也加入料酒、姜汁、盐、生抽、砂糖、香油拌匀
  • 7.把虾肉和猪肉混合拌匀
  • 8.浓汤宝加水化开分几次加入到虾肉馅里,每加一次搅至完全吸收再加下一次
  • 9.搅拌完成的虾肉馅
  • 10.准备好的材料
  • 11.取一个剂子压扁擀大,放入适量虾肉
  • 12.包好褶子收口
  • 13.把底往蛋液里蘸一下后放在白芝麻上
  • 14.平底锅烧热加少许油后排入生煎包,煎至底部有点泛黄
  • 15.加入适量清水加盖煮沸
  • 16.等水收干撒上葱花即可出锅
