叶儿粑
“叶儿粑”是我小时候最爱吃的一款小吃。里面的馅有很多种,而我最喜欢的便是“芽菜肉臊子”馅的,那时候虽然只卖一毛钱一个,但也不是经常能吃到,所以,能吃到一次就感到特别满足!

今天的叶儿粑是用”松下IH电磁加热电饭煲”来蒸制的,此锅上汽特别快,只需5分钟便可完成。

叶儿粑一口咬下去,满嘴生香,油而不腻,面皮Q弹软糯特别好吃,不得不让我感叹:儿时的味道又回来啦~~

  • 2.盆里放入糯米粉和粘米粉
  • 3.倒入清水揉面
  • 4.和成软硬适中的面团
  • 5.内锅放入适量清水,再将蒸架放上,并摆好玉米叶
  • 6.将面团分成30g一个的剂子,再用手捏出小碗状
  • 7.放入馅料,像包汤圆一样包起来
  • 8.用两只手将其搓圆后,再搓成椭圆形放在玉米叶上
  • 9.依次做放入蒸架后,闭合外盖
  • 10.按下“功能选择”按键,选择“蒸煮"
  • 11.烹调时间设定为5分钟,再按下”开“按键
  • 12.蒸制完毕后取出即可
