上次尝试了鱼香茄子,感觉味道不错,今天换汤不换药,把茄子换作杏鲍菇,配上私人调制的酸甜汁,味道一如既往滴好呀。

  • 1.准备好材料:杏鲍菇洗净用手撕成长条形,木耳泡发后洗净,意大利香肠切丁,辣青椒切小
  • 2.热锅,不需要放油,把杏鲍菇放进去煸炒,去除水分
  • 3.煸炒好的杏鲍菇放置一旁备用
  • 4.炒意大利肠
  • 5.炒两分钟左右,把青椒放进去一起翻炒
  • 6.然后把杏鲍菇和木耳放进去
  • 7.调小半碗鱼香汁:一勺生抽+一勺醋+两勺清水+一勺白糖+一勺生粉,搅拌均匀
  • 8.锅里的菜基本炒熟的时候,把鱼香汁拎上去,继续翻炒一两分钟
  • 9.调味出锅
