  • 小麦淀粉50克
  • 玉米淀粉20克
  • 清水400克
  • 香葱3颗
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 香油少许

Steps to make 鸡蛋肠粉

  • 1.所需材料。
  • 2.将葱洗净切碎。
  • 3.将所有粉类混合,加入水。
  • 4.搅拌成无颗粒粉浆。
  • 5.取出蒸肠粉平盘。抹上一层食用油防粘。(没有这种蒸盘也可用披萨盘或较大的不锈钢盘代替)
  • 6.磕入一个鸡蛋打散。
  • 7.打入大半勺粉浆摊均匀至整个蒸盘。
  • 8.撒上葱花。
  • 9.上锅入水烧开,放入鸡蛋粉浆蒸盘。
  • 10.盖上锅盖,大火蒸两分钟左右。(蒸熟的肠粉打开锅盖时,会冒出大气泡的)
  • 11.取出蒸盘。
  • 12.用刮板铲出盛盘。
  • 13.成品~淋入适量的蒸鱼豉油和少许香油即可食用。也可随意加入自己喜欢的各种辣椒酱料。
