  • 1.1.内馅南瓜切块,隔水蒸熟
  • 2.蒸好压成泥,倒入锅内翻炒
  • 3.冰皮的做法:去皮紫薯100克,蒸熟加30克水压成泥
  • 4.然后把紫薯泥100克、糯米粉80克、粘米粉30克、澄粉20克、玉米油20克、砂糖30克、混匀后,加70毫升清水用筷子搅拌
  • 5.用手均匀成团,盖上保鲜膜醒15分钟
  • 6.醒好的面团,冰皮40克、南瓜泥40克、面团包入南瓜泥,月饼模中撒糕粉敲一下,把包好的面团放入按实脱模,上锅蒸5分钟
  • 7.蒸好了
  • 8.蒸好后,开盖拿出装盘
  • 9.好吃,晶莹剔透,软糯香甜
