日式鱼糕蒸蛋
蛋羹香、嫩、滑、软!是我家小朋友的最爱。现在我家的小宝贝已经长成了大姑娘,可还是改不了喜欢吃蛋羹的习惯。这不,今天又叫我帮她蒸上一碗,在这碗蛋羹里,我搭配了日式鱼糕,即营养又漂亮。鱼糕上那粉色的圈圈,就像是我家的‘小太阳’在我的生命里旋转出五彩的光芒!

    Steps to make 日式鱼糕蒸蛋

    • 1.准备所需食材
    • 2.鸡蛋打散,加入适量盐(蒸锅先将水烧开)
    • 3.少许料酒
    • 4.加入鸡蛋与水1∶1的清水,搅拌均匀
    • 5.鱼糕切薄片,用清水洗净
    • 6.将鱼糕先放几片于碗底
    • 7.将打匀后的蛋液过滤到蒸蛋碗中
    • 8.盖上一层保鲜膜,放入蒸锅
    • 9.蒸上5分钟后再将剩余两片鱼糕放在蛋羹表面,重新盖回保鲜膜,接着蒸上5分钟
    • 10.出锅后在蛋羹表面淋上少许香油即可食用
