  • 大葱半根
  • 米酒小半碗
  • 料酒1小勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 鸡精1/2小勺
  • 芝麻油1小勺
  • 胡椒粉1/2小勺
  • 白糖1小勺
  • 干黄花菜80克

Steps to make 舌尖上的中国2-相逢-金针炖猪蹄的做法

  • 1.干金针菜提前用清水泡发
  • 2.猪蹄处理干净斩块,切好姜片
  • 3.把猪蹄和姜片冷水下锅,大火烧开,加入适量料酒去味,焯去血水
  • 4.把猪蹄冲洗干净控掉水份,泡好的金针菜控干水份备用
  • 5.切好姜葱蒜
  • 6.热锅凉油把姜葱蒜下锅煸出香味
  • 7.把猪蹄下锅翻炒
  • 8.加入小半碗客家米酒
  • 9.加入适量白糖
  • 10.接着加入适量清水炒匀
  • 11.把猪蹄连同汤汁一起移入压力锅
  • 12.加入金针菜搅匀开电后调时20分钟
  • 13.落气后加入适量盐和生抽
  • 14.调入适量胡椒粉、芝麻油和鸡精搅匀即可
  • 15.做好的成品可以上桌咯
