花生酥
美味的花生小酥饼,香酥可口,满满的花生香味,大人小孩都很喜欢。

  • 苏打粉0.5g
  • 白芝麻少许

  • 鸡蛋液少许

Steps to make 花生酥

  • 1.准备好需要的食材。
  • 2.把花生切碎。(也可以直接放在保鲜袋内,用擀面杖擀碎下)
  • 3.在盆内加入40克色拉油和10克猪油,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入15克鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀至完全融合。
  • 5.加入糖粉和盐,继续搅拌均匀。
  • 6.筛入低粉面粉、泡打粉和苏打粉。
  • 7.用刮刀搅拌至无干粉状态。
  • 8.加入切好的花生碎。
  • 9.继续用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 10.把花生酥面糊平均分成20等份,搓成小圆形,然后按扁。
  • 11.刷上鸡蛋液,撒上少许白芝麻。
  • 12.入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火175度16分钟左右,上色即可。
