烤板栗
栗子,板栗的俗称,是一种补养治病的保养品,中医认为,栗子性味甘温,有养胃健脾、补肾壮腰、强筋活血、止血消肿等功效。栗子的食用很多,可用来加水熬汤食用,用于病后体虚、四肢酸软;可用栗子煮粥加白糖食用,具有补肾气、壮筋骨的功效;可每日早晚食用风干栗子数颗,也可用鲜栗子煨熟食用,用于老人肾虚;跌打损伤、淤血肿痛时,可用生栗子肉碾成泥状,涂于患处。须注意的是,栗子生食难于消化,熟食时易滞气,故不可食用太多,且消化不良、温热甚者不宜食用。

Steps to make 烤板栗

  • 1.准备板栗,把它洗干净,沥干水份。
  • 2.用小刀在板栗身上切几刀,要小心哦,很容易切到手的。
  • 3.烤盘铺上锡纸,将切好的板栗一个个放好在烤盘内。
  • 4.烤箱预热180度,把板栗送入烤箱烤30分钟。
  • 5.出炉后,一个个都开口了。
