  • 1.准备带鱼。
  • 2.备姜蒜末。
  • 3.带鱼处理好洗净放腌料拌匀用制20分钟。
  • 4.准备酥炸粉放碟子中,将带鱼裹上一层粉。
  • 5.依次都裹好放盘子里备用。
  • 6.小锅中放油,油六成热时放带鱼下去炸。
  • 7.炸至金黄酥脆。
  • 8.捞出来备用。
  • 9.准备点青红椒,蒜头,切成末(切好后忘了拍照)。
  • 10.热锅放点油下青红椒蒜末小火炒香。
  • 11.放入炸好的带鱼翻炒均匀。
  • 12.调少许酱油,椒盐粉快速炒匀即可。
