螃蟹的营养价值:

螃蟹的营养价值非常丰富,螃蟹肉中含有多种维生素,其中所含的维生素A均高于其它水生动物,螃蟹中所含的维生素B2是肉类的5到6倍,比鱼类要高出6到10倍,比蛋类要高出2到3倍。其中所含的维生素B1和磷也比一般的鱼类要高。一般情况下每100克螃蟹的可食部分中含蛋白质17.5克,脂肪2.8克,钙126毫克,磷182毫克,铁2.8毫克。螃蟹的壳中除含丰富的钙外,还含有蟹红素、蟹黄素等。近年来研究发现,吃螃蟹肉还有抵抗结核作用,吃蟹对帮助结核病的康复有很大的帮助。

Steps to make 姜葱炒螃蟹

  • 1.螃蟹开半处理好(脚要拍一下)姜切丝葱切段芹菜切段生粉适量备用。
  • 2.将开好的螃蟹肉和壳均匀的裹上生粉(螃蟹脚不用裹生粉)。
  • 3.起锅烧油,油温七八成热的时候放入螃蟹肉去炸。
  • 4.之后再放螃蟹脚和壳下去炸这金黄盛出备用。
  • 5.另起锅烧油,温油七八成热下姜丝和葱头段爆香。
  • 6.加入刚刚炸好的螃蟹翻炒。
  • 7.最后加入葱叶段和芹菜段,加入适当的盐和一些开水翻炒入味即可出锅啦!
  • 8.一道丰富的维生素和蛋白质的美味佳肴螃蟹就上桌啦~真的超级好看,配米饭或是粥都非常棒哦⊙∀⊙!
