核桃椰浆全麦面包
全麦、核桃,营养全面,做出来的面包本身就很好吃。我又将新鲜的椰肉打成浆,也一并加了进来。做出的这道小餐包口感及味道都棒棒的!

  • 新鲜椰浆110克
  • 清水30克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 2克
  • 白糖30克
  • 酵母2.5克
  • 核桃仁60克

Steps to make 核桃椰浆全麦面包

  • 1.新鲜的椰肉从椰壳中用勺子挖出
  • 2.入料理杯中,加少量清水
  • 3.打成细腻的椰浆
  • 4.除黄油、核桃仁外的所有材料入面包桶中
  • 5.启动和面程序,待面团光滑后,倒入软化的黄油,继续揉面
  • 6.利用这段时间可以用小火炒一下核桃,晾凉
  • 7.待面团光滑滋润了,将核桃仁倒入桶中,继续揉均匀
  • 8.将面团收圆,在面包桶内进行基础发酵
  • 9.待面团是原来的2.5倍大时,用手指蘸面粉,在顶部戳洞,不回缩不塌陷,发酵成功
  • 10.将面团取出,置于案上,用电子秤分成四等份,分别滚成橄榄形,放在不粘烤盘上,盖上保鲜膜,于温暖湿润处进行二发
  • 11.等面团是原来的二倍大时,用利刀在表面划两刀,此时烤箱开始预热,180度
  • 12.将面包生坯入预热好的烤箱中层,180度,15-20分钟
  • 13.面团出炉,晾架上晾凉后可直接食用,也可切片食用
  • 14.好可爱的面包
