玛芬——棒棒糖蛋糕
这次做棒棒糖蛋糕是用玛芬蛋糕方式来做的,成功率高很多。

如果想棒棒糖蛋糕有口感的话就加点核桃、开心果之类(但不能放太多,要不棒棒插不蛋糕里)。

  • 黄油60g
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶40ml
  • 泡打粉1/2茶勺

Steps to make 玛芬——棒棒糖蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.面粉提前过筛
  • 3.软化后的黄油稍微打发
  • 4.一次加入全部细砂糖
  • 5.直到打到颜色发白,体积稍膨大
  • 6.打散的鸡蛋液分三次加入搅匀,每一次都要使鸡蛋和黄油完全融合后再加下一次
  • 7. 加完鸡蛋液以后的黄油体积会更加膨大,呈蓬松状
  • 8.加入牛奶
  • 9.加入过筛后的低筋面粉、泡打粉
  • 10.用刮刀切拌和翻拌手法搅拌均匀,注意不要画圈
  • 11.把面糊倒入裱花袋
  • 12.模具不能有水,烤箱170度,上下火,预热
  • 13.面糊挤进去模具,面糊要高出模具半圆一点点(如果不高出半圆,烤出来蛋糕会是半圆的)
  • 14.面糊刚好挤满模具
  • 15.盖上盖子
  • 16.放入进烤箱170度,烤大概15-20分钟,根据自己烤箱情况作调
  • 17.出炉后要马上把盖子掀开,否则模具产生水汽,蛋糕会粘着模具
  • 18.棒棒粘一点点巧克力
  • 19.在蛋糕上面插进去,要等它凝固
  • 20.慢慢的转动棒棒,在巧克力里转一圈
  • 21.提起来,然后慢慢再转一圈去多余的巧克力
  • 22.慢慢的转动棒棒,在巧克力里转一圈
  • 23.提起来,然后慢慢再转一圈去多余的巧克力
  • 24.多出来的巧克力就装进裱花袋
