黑糯米盏
家里的那包黑糯米终于有发挥的地方啦,因为我换了两本不错的书。
现在就可以对照着做点心了。
这个点心比较简单易学,简直是零失败早点,谁看谁会做哦。
我的这个做得挺漂亮的吧,味道甜甜的,跟酒店的可以媲美呢~

Steps to make 黑糯米盏

  • 1.食材:黑糯米,油,白糖,清水。黑糯米前一个晚上提前浸泡,备用。
  • 2.黑糯米洗净,与清水用碗盛起,放入蒸锅蒸透。
  • 3.黑糯米取出后加入白糖拌匀。
  • 4.然后再将油加入。
  • 5.拌至完全混合有黏性。
  • 6.然后搓成米团状。
  • 7.放入圆盏内。
  • 8.摆放入碟中,加入葡萄干妆点。
  • 9.用薄荷叶装饰,糯米盏完成。
  • 10.用饼干模给剩下的黑糯米造型,将黑糯米填进模具里。
  • 11.脱模后的黑糯米糕摆进碟子里。准备草莓水果粉和南瓜蔬菜粉。
  • 12.将水果粉和蔬菜粉撒到黑糯米糕上。
  • 13.将黑糯米糕转放到白碟子上,加入薄荷叶妆点即可,黑糯米糕完成。
  • 14.老公冲泡了一杯椰奶搭配。
  • 15.我准备了一杯清水,可以开动享用美美的早点咯。
