胡萝卜牛肉焖饭
爱做各式式样的焖饭。上次做了豆角肉末的,油润润的。这次少放了些油,其实是上次用的是猪肉,炒出了油。而这回选了牛肉,营养还是有的,就是属于少油版,夏天嘛,清淡也不却营养哦。
而且用的是熟牛肉哦,这样处理起来更方便了。

Steps to make 胡萝卜牛肉焖饭

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.把米淘洗干净放电饭锅胆内。
  • 3.把胡萝卜切细丁。
  • 4.把牛肉用开水烫洗一下,切细丁。
  • 5.切好洋葱丁和姜丝。
  • 6.锅里入油,炒香洋葱和姜。
  • 7.加入牛肉丁炒匀。
  • 8.加入适量生抽和料酒炒一下。
  • 9.装在电饭锅里。
  • 10.放和胡萝卜丁。
  • 11.加入适量清水,沫过米面,约半手指关指哦。
  • 12.放回锅内,选煮饭键。
  • 13.时间到就好了,拌匀。
