  • 1.蚝油草菇食材。
  • 2.青红丝备用。
  • 3.蚝油和生抽准备好。
  • 4.草菇清洗干净后切为两半。
  • 5.然后把草菇入开水焯水后过凉水捞出空掉多余水分。
  • 6.炒锅热锅凉油,油温热放葱姜煸炒香捞出葱姜,放入草菇翻炒。
  • 7.翻炒至每月多余水分。
  • 8.蚝油和生抽加入水混合均匀后倒入锅内。
  • 9.大火收汁剩下少许汁即可。
