    Steps to make 酸豆角炒鸡杂

    • 1.鸡杂切片焯水,酸豆角切丁焯水,剁椒一勺,泡椒根据自己喜好,切圈,蒜拍碎,姜磨泥,准备就绪。
    • 2.锅里放油,煸炒鸡杂去水分。
    • 3.放入泡椒剁椒蒜碎姜泥。一起炒均匀后焖一下鸡杂。(里面很多水,没有水就加泡椒水)调入盐三分之一茶匙,白糖半茶匙炒匀。
    • 4.放入酸豆角,炒均匀。可以多炒一分钟。
    • 5.放入辣椒圈,断生即可。
    • 6.出锅放点鸡精,不吃的可以不放。
