  • 色拉油50g
  • 粟粉20g
  • 细砂糖10g
  • 50g
  • 低筋面粉80g
  • 蛋白霜:蛋清3个
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 柠檬汁6滴

Steps to make 试试不一样的风味——火腿戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2. 蛋清和蛋黄分离
  • 3.蛋黄中加入细砂糖和盐搅拌匀
  • 4.加入水和玉米油拌匀
  • 5.再加入过筛的低筋面粉和粟粉搅拌至无颗粒状态
  • 6.蛋清加入20g细砂糖和几滴柠檬汁打发至干性状态
  • 7.取三分之一的蛋清加入到蛋黄糊中搅拌匀,再倒入剩下的蛋白中拌匀
  • 8.火腿切小粒,加到面糊中拌匀
  • 9.倒入模具中,8分满,震两下
  • 10.放入预热好的长帝烤箱中,上下火145度,烤45分钟
  • 11.出炉后震两下,再倒扣(戚风有点点开裂是属于正常的,只要最后的成品口感好就行
  • 12.待凉脱模,切片即块即可食用
