Steps to make 奶香小酥饼

  • 1.黄油室温下软化后打蛋器打发到略微发白,体积变大。
  • 2.然后加入120克糖粉继续搅打。
  • 3.分三次加入鸡蛋液,每次都要充分搅打至鸡蛋液融合到黄油里。
  • 4.然后加入2勺奶粉。
  • 5.继续搅打均匀。
  • 6.加入300克低筋面粉
  • 7.搅拌均匀,不要过度搅拌,搅拌过度会导致低粉起面筋。
  • 8.搅拌好的面团盖子盖住放置30分钟以后团成15克左右每个的小团子。
  • 9.饼干捏好以后表面刷上鸡蛋液,入预热好的烤箱165度20分钟即可。各家烤箱功率大小不一,烤箱温度和时间仅供参考。
