Steps to make 什锦天妇罗

  • 1.准备所需材料
  • 2.虾去头去壳,虾尾部分留住,用牙签挑去沙线,用刀背将虾筋轻轻拍断(也可以将虾背切开)
  • 3.用刀在鲜香菇上面划十字
  • 4.将红萝卜、青椒切片
  • 5.面粉中放入一个蛋黄、一小勺盐(约2g)、一小勺泡打粉(约2g)、一杯水(面粉我用那个勺子舀了五勺,水慢慢加入)
  • 6.搅拌均匀,捞起时能成丝状就好
  • 7.加入两勺油搅拌均匀
  • 8.锅里倒多点油,烧热到冒小泡泡
  • 9.将蔬菜放入面粉糊中,虾抓住尾部放在面粉糊中滚上一圈(手忙脚乱之中又忘了拍照片了,嘻~见谅!)
  • 10.用筷子一个个夹到锅里
  • 11.蔬菜炸到浮在油面即可捞出,虾一个个放入炸至金黄色捞出
  • 12.炸好的天妇罗装盘
