    • 1.马鲛鱼用少许盐、十三香腌制备用。
    • 2.煎之前用厨房纸吸干水分。
    • 3.烧热锅倒入少许橄榄油将马鲛鱼放入大火煎。
    • 4.煎好一面反转再煎另一面。
    • 5.两面都煎好后放入姜片。
    • 6.然后再加入洋葱炒片刻。
    • 7.倒入已经调好的酱汁煮片刻。
    • 8.让鱼肉充分吸收酱汁之后加入葱段。
    • 9.待酱汁煮浓后熄火上碟。
