韩式大酱汤
这道汤主要调味料就是韩式大酱,把肉、蔬菜、豆腐、海鲜等丢进石锅,以大酱为主要调味料,慢慢煮出大酱的香味,简单易操作,美味又下饭。

  • 猪里脊90g
  • 豆腐200g
  • 茭瓜1段
  • 土豆1个
  • 大葱1截
  • 辣椒粉1小勺
  • 韩式辣椒酱1小勺
  • 韩式大酱3大勺
  • 干香菇3朵
  • 酱油1/2小勺
  • 葱末1小勺
  • 蒜末1/2小勺
  • 芝麻碎少许
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 香油1小勺

Steps to make 韩式大酱汤

  • 1.大米洗净后,加入适量水,双手用力搓洗至水变成乳白色,倒出水备用;
  • 2.豆腐切成1cm见方的小块,放进淡盐水中浸泡15分钟,沥干水分备用;
  • 3.猪里脊切宽丝,加入泡发后切成粗丝的香菇和所有腌肉料,抓拌均匀,腌制15分钟;
  • 4.茭瓜切丁;
  • 5.土豆切丁;
  • 6.鲜蘑菇洗净,沥干水分备用;
  • 7.大葱、青红辣椒斜切成小段;
  • 8.起锅,加入少许食用油,下入腌好的肉丝和香菇丝翻炒至肉丝变白出香味儿
  • 9.加入淘米水;
  • 10.同时加入大酱和辣椒酱;
  • 11.同时加入土豆;
  • 12.边煮边不停搅拌至酱料全部化开
  • 13.大火煮开至土豆八分熟,大约4、5分钟;
  • 14.同时下入豆腐和茭瓜;
  • 15.再次煮开后,下入辣椒粉,转中小火慢慢煮出大酱的味道,煮到豆腐开始浮起;
  • 16.下入金针菇和其他鲜蘑菇;
  • 17.再次煮沸后,下入葱段和辣椒段;
  • 18.搅拌均匀,煮开即可。尝尝味道,感觉太淡可以适当加点儿盐。
